Below are additional requirements for plant entry. These requirements must be completed prior to completing the orientation on site.

High Purity Silicon Background Check (01HSABG) *OR* TWIC Card Validation (01TWIC) (in place of the background check)
Drug Screen 10 Panel - Third Coast (01DRG10) *OR* Drug Screen 10 Panel - Off Site (001DRG10) MUST HAVE MRO SIGNATURE IF COMPLETED ELSEWHERE
Basic Orientation Plus/Basic Orientation Plus Refresher (01BOP/01BOPR)
Social Security Verification (01SSV)
