NOTE: North American Background Screening Consortium (NABSC) & North American Substance Abuse Program (NASAP) Consortium - Through HASC
NABSC does NOT have to be completed prior to training needing to be completed, but will NEED to be submitted to Houston Area Safety Council BEFORE going to refinery.
Safety Essentials (SE-SAFE) may be taken in place of Basic Orientation Plus/Refresher (01BOP/01BOPR).
